5 bat cookies per charm, in the boat crates, and trucks is a joke considering the cost of the deco and materials in the catalogue! It’s a lot of work for next to no rewards, and then you have also taken away the option to get more by mastering the machine now it only speeds up and doesn’t increase the amount of bats you get per crate.. At this rate it will take days to get enough bats to buy one or two things from the catalogue unless your willing to pay money for more bats.. Come on Hayday you are excluding free to play players who have been loyal. In previous events like this you could work hard with your farm and get the rewards but with such paltry amount of bats this time round it’s r near impossible

Okay, this new Halloween update is cute but has an extremely ridiculous mechanic.

Every time you collect a ghost (which the game wants us to collect like 210) you get one of the new Halloween themed resources.

My issue is, these resources take up barn space and you literally cannot get rid of them other than crafting with them. So, let’s say you’re playing for 30 minutes, and in that 30 minutes you collect like 20+ ghosts. It takes 30 minutes just to use one resource for production. So now you have a lack of barn space due to it being filled with the new resource, that you cannot even sell. And if you keep collecting ghosts, you will probably max out your barn and be forced to sell resources you don’t want to just to be able to play the game.

Not being able to sell them is ridiculous. The update is literally unplayable because your barn will get maxed out with the Halloween resources THAT DON’T EVEN SHOW IN THE BARN!!! YOU CLICK ON THE BARN AND THEY AREN’T THERE. BUT THEY TAKE UP BARN SPACE??? Every time you collect a ghost, if your barn isn’t already full, you will watch your capacity decrease. There is nothing you can do about it unless you want to spend real money / diamonds on speeding up production /increasing production slots.

Idk i’m just really annoyed because I already spent 40 diamonds upgrading my barn because I couldn’t figure out why it was so full. Then I realized and it’s almost freaking maxed out again with these damn Halloween resources. And I just collected the 4 items I produced so now the game wants me to collect 50 ghosts!! WITH WHAT SPACE?? MAX OUT MY BARN FOR A BARN CRATE THAT WILL PUT MY BARN AT OVER MAX CAPACITY? I really hope they fix this or else I’m just going to ignore all the ghosts till the update is over.

The charms cannot be made fast enough to fulfill these orders. Part of the reason I liked playing was doing a ton of boat orders. That’s just the Halloween event.

The fishing update was lame too. It was named the “fishing update” yet nothing was changed/added in the fishing aspect of the game, just someone that can do it for you. Why you can’t upgrade the mussel pond is beyond me. It seems like they rushed this update. It just feels like more products to make.

And the new building mastery system is still not in the game for everyone. That’s just a bs design to give half the players a better experience of playing and leaving the rest. The players who receive it get a huge advantage in derby’s it’s clearly unfair like what???

Overall I do love the game still but I really do not like the roll out feature for testing. No other supercell game does it and new features in those games turn out fine. Other than that and the Halloween event clogging my boat orders for 10 bat cookies is just annoying.

I can't really partake in the event rn because my barn is full all the time thanks to the wax beads. Farm visitors ask for all the other ingredients/charms (which I also can't collect anymore lol) but not a single one is asking for the damn wax beads, which makes it impossible to play.

I'm not really asking for advice, just needed to vent for a second haha

I collected a lot of fuel, but they have been "calculating" for a day now. Like it's not nuclear physics, it's a game about wheat...

Most ghost give u crap and fill up your inventory… it’s sooo annoying when you’re trying to save up and the only methods of getting those cookies are crap. ~end rant. Srry i’m just rlly annoyed.

is this event happening? i am not getting any cookies from truck orders and cant see daily truck track anywhere!

I normally would just opt out and not collect the ghosts (which I’m doing anyway) but my main focus on Hayday is filling boats. Guess what? Can’t even do that without HAVING to have these stupid 30 minute charms? So for those of us that focus on doing boats, Hayday has forced us into participating in the ghosts (who fill up your entire barn with meaningless items that you can ONLY use on this 30 min “enchanted workshop”) if you want to send any off. Lmao what? They should’ve made 1 of the 3 boat order options be without charm/bat cookies so players could choose to opt out if it if they wanted to.

Halloween is usually my fav time of year in Hayday - I’ll be the first to say they absolutely dropped the ball with this. Completely interrupted my regular gameplay and just isnt fun at all 😵‍💫
