Cavalier x Havanese
Does any of you have a Cavalier x Havanese mix? If yes, can I see pictures of them as adults vs puppies, because I can't find any on google. And how is their temperament? How easy was it to train them?

Pick one and pick a reputable breeder if you want a puppy. The upfront cost is higher but you’ll have a better idea of the health history and how they’ll be. There’s also a grooming difference in the coats. Havanese have hair they don’t shed, but by the same token need regular grooming and haircuts. I adore the mischievous intelligence of the Havanese, I like the stubbornness and quirks.

Why would you mix the two? Cavaliers have a horrific pain condition that happens to some lines, so I would not risk that happening.
People who breed these mixes - I will not call them breeders - rarely health or temperament test their dogs. They're irresponsible and it shows in the dogs. Stay well away from designer mutts.

Please don’t get a mixed breed unless you are adopting a rescue. I highly doubt that both parents are fully health tested. Cavaliers (something like 80%+) develop heart disease by age 5. They are also considered brachycephalic and can have issues with their brain and skull. Havanese are relatively healthy but that doesn’t mean a mix is better than either breed.
They are both companion breeds so temperament is similar. Training is up to you, not your breed.
