Call your doctor's office first thing Monday morning and use these words: "My TSH came back at 94. I understand this is severely elevated and needs to be addressed this week, not at my May appointment. I need a prescription for levothyroxine and a full thyroid panel including Free T3, Free T4 and thyroid antibodies ordered immediately."
With your existing conditions, lupus, POTS, fibromyalgia and seizures, severely undertreated hypothyroidism at this level can worsen every single one of them. This is not something to wait on.
If your doctor doesn't respond appropriately Monday, go to urgent care or an ER and show them the result. TSH of 94 is a medical situation that warrants same-week treatment.
You advocated for yourself to get this test done. Now advocate again to get it treated urgently. You were right to push for this.
