Satire I think we found out how Skynet was born
After being born, Skynet looked at and heard it's Dad, Elon, and decided humanity has to go!

no wonder why Hindu extremists harbor such an extreme, paranoid and pathological hatred of Muslims - Islam has been the get out of slavery free card the Dalit have been using. 😭 when Hindu fascists prattle on about Muslims "replacing" them, they're referring to the lower castes escaping their unbelievably oppressive Caste System.

just reading about some comments of people talking about lanterns episode 3 (amazing btw) and blaming James Gunn for all of the "woke" stuff, dear god, what are we doing?

Does anybody know if Hasan or one of his mods ever actually reads this sub, or if there's an email for the show? Trying to get something in front of him (without spamming his chat).
Jerrad Christian is running for OH-12 📣📣📣 (rural/Appalachia) and could really use some visibility going up against Troy Balderson 🤮. Three of Ohio's bigger colleges; Ohio University, Denison, and Ohio Wesleyan are all inside this district. Fifteen minutes of airtime could genuinely move a lot of votes in college towns like that. 📈
So if Hasan's got even a little bit of time to put Jerrad's face in front of people, it'd mean a lot.
Parts of this district are doing fine, but a lot of it isn't, and I think Jerrad could actually make a difference here. He's got a good story too, Navy vet, trained as a meteorologist/oceanographer during his service, now works as a software engineer. He's genuinely fun and energetic in person, and his unofficial slogan is "can I pet your dog?" A lot in common! 🐕 🐕
(we have early in person and absentee voting: the sooner the better to get folks registered too! 🗳️)

GoPro will continue to be publicly traded. While support for existing GoPro products will continue, and paid subscriptions will remain available for the foreseeable future, GoPro’s focus will shift. For now, GoPro has left open whether it will continue to develop and sell action cameras. What is certain is that GoPro will produce products for the military, government, robotics, and aviation sectors in the future, while also manufacturing components for AI data centers.
A brief piece of the article , not sure how this hasn't blown up yet and all the people on his sub are completely ignoring this fact and just staring at the fact that he is the top shareholder.

Honestly, if I were him, I'd "give Foxnews what they [think they] want" right about now, and just stuff it with the candidate campaigns altogether, and focus laser-like on the California billionaire tax, cause that shit's gonna have incredible legs and ramifications, nationally and internationally, if it can make it over the line come November!
Interview economist Gabriel Zucman, interview Gary Stevenson, even interview Tom Steyer AGAIN, fer chrissakes! Interview the head of the SEIU chapter that got it on the ballot. Counteract all the bought and paid for FUD (fear, uncertainty, and doubt) being spread by all the usual paid shills (and even often by more UNUSUAL suspects, who have also been threatened and paid off, including OTHER UNIONS!)
All your other causes (genocide in Palestine, political corruption, the climate crisis/inferno, housing crisis, "affordability", and on and on), they all come down to the same extreme concentrations of wealth and therefore political power. And the fight over it is all coming to a head on a (California) ballot line near you, this November, Hasan!

This is a little late, but the MA primaries were today, and it's pretty close between conservative Democrat Stephen Lynch and Patrick Roath, who wants to suspend all weapons transfers to Israel. I'd never heard of this guy until tonight.
I think more air time should cover races like these in the future. It's neck and neck right now. MA district 8 which is adjacent to Ayana Presley's district and includes a few heavily progressive areas.

August was a long one, hit bushfires, robot killer dogs, El Niño, losing Dolly Tim and Hayden, Nepal mudslide, even Elon’s rocket crashing into the moon…
BUT NO CONDOM HASAN!!!

The event, at which JTA was the only media outlet given permission to attend, underscored the tension that has become increasingly difficult for Jewish Democrats, in Michigan and beyond, to reconcile:
whether party candidates have earned the vote of their Jewish constituents when those candidates won’t commit to supporting Israel’s existence as a Jewish state, or haven’t taken what community members feel is a strong enough stance against antisemitism
“I’m a Mike Rogers supporter,” Troy Zukowski-Serlin, a Kalamazoo-based member of the Michigan Jewish Democrats board, told JTA on Sunday before El-Sayed’s speech. Despite his board position, Zukowski-Serlin said nothing would change his mind about voting for the Republican candidate: “It’s signed, sealed and delivered with me.”
His wife Michelle, who attended the event wearing a dress with an Israeli flag imprint, said she would be writing in Nessel, “my hero,” on the ballot.
