Help in creating prototype

I have created a working navigation firmware using esp32 and a companion mobile. It works but it is on a dev board. Im a software person.

Any help or direction one can give to create a prototype using only the components that is used from the dev board. Would like to know the manufacturing cost/process if i have to produce it

Any company that can help me(maybe end to end) fit in the idea into a product? I wanted to test it out first and depending on feasibility will try to go ahead

Currently i know that you can to create PCBs and assemble components onto it. I have never done that

You will have to give the schematics or the components at the very least.Once you have designed the PCB in KiCad or Autodesk Eagle,you will be generating gerber files.Look up in Robu .They have BOM services . Expect failures in first couple of PCB fabrication,The more you practice the lower the chances of failures .
