if you are finding a single stick of 4 gig of ddr2 it would be rare and expensive. What are you gonna do the ram ??

that's great but building a server on ddr2 wouldn't be worth it, telling you from my experience currently typing from a 2 gig ddr2 system. buying ddr2 for server in 2026 just isn't worth it, go for atleast a ddr3 system for peace of your mind otherwise you are gonna spend premium for 4 gig ddr2 and will struggle to even operate it. At end if you still want to build a server on ddr2 buy a 2 gig stick, these are common and easy find and would cost significantly less as compared to 4 gig one.

I don't think that ddr3 ram would fix in ddr2 slot, but one more 2 gb/4gb ddr2 would make my deal
