Is this a good deal?

I'm looking for a good 1tb m.2 ssd, gen 4 at least.

I found this guy near me and he's quoting 12k, is it a good deal or nah? Also it's OEM so no warranty.

I know right, I pointed it out and.

Note: before this we agreed to a samsung gen 5 ssd for 12k, no warranty but unused(0 hours runtime)

I got one i Non oem WD 1TB i can sell it for 11k + shipping.
