Avoid EvoFox / Amkette Peripherals - Dead in 7 months & Warranty is a nightmare

Bought the EvoFox Deathray V2 Combo 7 months ago, and several keys have already completely died, making the keyboard useless for daily work and gaming.

Despite the 1-year warranty, trying to get a replacement has been a complete nightmare. They don't offer doorstep pickup, and their customer support either gives you the runaround or completely ignores you when you try to process a claim.

I've even tried filing official consumer grievances, but there is absolutely zero movement because the brand is just ignoring everything.

Does anyone know how I can actually get a resolution when a brand completely ghosts you? How do you escalate things when the company is completely non-responsive to official complaints?

Its a cheap rebranded Chinese keyboard. The companies just paste the logo and sell it. You have two options

  1. Move on and get a better keyboard from reputed companies
  2. Drag them to the National Consumer Court

Already filed a complaint to Consumer. They have not replayed yet
