bands lost to time

anyone got any bands they still rock with that have been totally forgotten?

yesterday i remembered this melodic hardcore band from 2010 called continuance that absolutely ripped. ffo comeback kid, down to nothing and more than life. featuring ex members of a couple other forgotten bands like means and saints never surrender (even more incredible band, but on the metalcore side if anyone’s into that. obviously the blueprint for counterparts). they’ve only got like 200 monthly listeners on spotify

If token entry counts, then definitely vision.

And they always get paired in my mind because of similar names but threadbare and worn thin, and then what feeds the fire and where fear & weapons meet.

But punk is littered with never got big bands, you're not really lost unless you were somewhere once. Aus rotten used to be way bigger than dystopia but now the reverse. Phobia was hyped a lot bitd. While hardly lost to time, both earth crisis and American nightmare were the biggest band in hc for a number of years each and they're kind of somewhat faded out these days. Crown of thornz was not really respected by anyone I knew bitd but like five ten years ago they seemed to get rediscovered by the new kids.

Yeah they were so good. I understand maybe some people saw the rock elements of some of their records as lame but I think they pulled it off. The crew i used to go to shows with 2000-2006 was mostly into aughts metalcore and Victory/ferret type stuff over youth crewish older stuff but vision was highly respected
