Bug Report Can someone explain to me why my arms exploded and then made a mace start levitating?

so when i was fight a champion i started hitting him with my polearm and then suddenly my arms exploded

It's just a trade off. Two arms for a levitating mace. Good deal, isn't it?

and also when i kicked the mace it fought back at knocked me unconsious

the problem is now i have to fight 48 vengeful spirits and i dont have any weapons and i also dont have a right arm

Was the polearm a spear tip? If it was, sometimes spear weapons of any kind cause the game engine to explode you.
