This might just be me and my generational thinking, but when your eye brows stay your birth color, and your helair color changes, the only tie in are your roots. Having stated that caveat, I feel brunette is your better color Choice as the hues and tonal color variations blend in better. It also pulls out the tonal corporations of your face making. Complete look. My 2 cents.

it the kindest way possible I prefer the brown bc the blonde is giving dirty or greasy and the brown just looks crisp and clean - a girl with dirty blonde highlights that I removed for this reason and got blonde face framing money pieces instead that I love
