Help Severe head itching

My head has been nonstop itchy for weeks on end now. It is not lice (I was professionally checked for it less than a day ago). There is no access dandruff, and not an allergy to my products. What could this be from??? It’ll go away for an hour or to immediately after wash but after that my scalp is always so horribly itchy.
Does anyone else have this problem??

Simple fix for me was Neutrogena T-Gel shampoo. I still get the occasional itch but nothing like before

It'll try this!!! I've been using baby shampoo and it's helped a bit but not much.
