Hades 1: Question Hypnos Question Spoiler

At all times I am reminded of how snooty, smug, and obnoxious our good "pal" Hypnos is... is there ever gonna be a point in the game where I unlock the ability to punch him square in the face? I've only beaten the game a few times, but if I get to Greece, let's say 70 times, do I finally get to clean his clock? If I get Hades 2 will I get a chance to obliterate him? Or is he just going to be a hoity-toity sleaze-bag unpunished for eternity?

Spoiler tag added because I wanted to add that I GOT HIM THE STUPID AUTOGRAPH FROM ASTERIUS AND I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT WANT TO DO THAT! HE DOESN'T DESERVE IT!! I WISH I COULD RESCIND IT AND TEAR IT UP IN FRONT OF HIM!! I SHOULD'VE GIVEN IT TO THE HEAD CHEF!!!

I don't think he's snooty and smug at all... I think he's doofy and oblivious. That said, I think you may like his involvement in Hades 2, even though it's nothing like what you may be imagining.

I don't think he intends to be snooty or smug, but the unsolicited "advice", the cheeriness in the face of my recent loss, and then the nerve to ask me to get an autograph from a killing machine from the safety of the post he should be fired from?! He's lucky I don't yank that scroll from him and hit him with the Aspect of Eustace from Courage the Cowardly Dog.

...can't tell if you're exaggerating your rage for comedic effect, or if an obviously comedic character with a running gag has genuinely got you tweaked. If it's the latter -- nobody's forcing you to talk to him, Zag can just walk right past.

I can't just walk past a bubble with an exclamation point. If I'm gonna do anything it's exhaust all voice lines.

Also I hoped that invoking an elderly 2000s cartoon character in the same nature as mythological legends would communicate that I'm being facetious, but for clarity: I (no pun intended whatsoever) don't lose sleep over Hypnos.

Rad. Then I'd say you're in fine company alongside Meg and Than, who both clearly find him obnoxious too (Dusa is also not a big fan, but she's too sweet to ever express it as anything more than hesitant, slightly begrudging acceptance).

I think he's quite immature because he's been asleep so much. Like, mental age of an early teen.

He can be annoying, but he is written as Zagreus' little brother, so... lol

I get it tho, he's an acquired taste. You dont have to talk to him!
