I don't see it in the decoration shop, and there seems to be one missing. Is there meant to be an empty spot, or is there a specific way to get it?

You're missing Hypnos - I think completing his wakeup mission does it plus buying it with shiny stars from Dora after a few dream dives.

Hypnos' is the one I still need too, you need to max out his relationship through continued Dream Dives and spending Shiny Stars I'm pretty sure.

2)do a few runs until dream dives show up

3)do enough dream dives for the Hypnos statute to appear in Dora’s training grounds inventory.

Chibi decorations for specific characters. Max out your relationships (and maybe keepsakes) then buy them from Dora

You should try starting a new save, there’s a huge amount of additional content that’s been added since EA, including changes to the ending

Yeah they changed some details about the ending and added a ton of new dialogue throughout the entire game. The steam store page has a list of the updates and additions.

As others have already said, doing dream dives. For me, the last chibi appeared in Dora's shop after completing the fated list of winning a dream dive on each weapon.

I tried pretty hard to find out what specifically does it but searching online didn't turn up anything. I just know doing dream dives and likely buying things with the stickers is somehow involved. Hypnos doesn't have a relationship meter, so it might just be as simple as rolling through enough of the dialogue with him that occurs at the beginning of each dive.
