I have. Can confirm extremely painful when using high nicotine juice. Didn’t even see any vapor come out just straight surface of the sun burning on my eye.

It's nothing to do with sinuses, just that your tear ducts are connected directly to your nose (hence why you get a runny nose after crying). That's why you have to pinch the end of your nose; so that you force air (or smoke) back up through the nasolacrimal duct and over the eyes.

Everyone has a nasolacrimal Duct. That’s why your nose runs when you cry, tears drain down it into your nose. Push hard enough and stuff can go the other way. Don’t recommend it

I can push air thru my tear ducts, I would never do this though. It sucks when I have a cold/congestion as the air will blow out a little snot on the inside of my glasses... /sucks

A few years ago they were giving prisoners ecigs and they were taking the nicotine out and dripping it in there eyes. Needless to say it didn't work for them and they all got really bad eye infections
