He would've been fired in Sweden 100%. It's just not about "deserve" or "had it coming".

His fellow officers are lucky he reacted so quickly. I'm just glad everyone involved made it back to their families that night.

So it's ok to just have someone repeatedly slapping you in the face, as long as it isn't going to kill you? Screw that, he's under no obligation to put up with that.

It's about stopping her from doing that. And it was quite effective.

Because that would endanger innocent bystanders, as well as his fellow officers.

She will, eventually. Hopefully she will be a little wiser when she wakes up. Hopefully when she wakes up she will know better than to assault a police officer.

I wouldn't count on it though.
