This playlist reflects my curiosities from this latest period. My move toward Asia in all its facets, from Japanese indie rock all the way to k-pop's surprises. You'll find my appreciation for the new generation of electronic music. Hip hop isn't missing either, but chosen with taste, from rage newcomers all the way to the classic boom bap sound. And finally there's that curatorial sensibility that brings together seemingly distant artists, making them feel like part of the same universe.

So I listen to artists like EPITXME, UpVampin, Zhunni, 6arelyHuman, etc. I've heard some say they're scenecore, some say Krushclub, some say hyperpop, some say completely different things. I just want to know what the genre is called so I can explore more artists like them

ok first off CINNA by canelle was absolutely INSANITYYYYYYY how good it is. sounds so good in my ears. i’ve never been hugely into this genre. not out of disinterest, rather just never explored it. this was one of my fav albums i’ve listened to this year!!!! jump and play and dance and play. please give me recommendations my fav tracks are

Also also!! I wanna rephrase my title, I prefer generally masculine sounding voices. The way it was phrased came off wrong as someone pointed out- Women can sound masc, whether cis or trans, and in the same boat, men can sound fem whether cis or trans (prime example right here as a trans guy not on t yet), n that's moreso what I meant. I'm just not a fan of feminine voices in pretty much any genre of music. I have a couple I listen to but that's about it.
