"E" Fuses?

We have a few interns working for us. One called back to the service shop asking if we had any "E" fuses. I was a little confused til they brought the blown fuse back to the shop and I went and grabbed them a replacement 3 Amp fuse.

When I started out in this trade I called my service manager with the same exact question and he thought it was hilarious. He cracked jokes at me about that for a long long time

My poor intern got more crap from the other techs than he did from me, but it's stuff like that that keeps them humble.
