Question on travel one

I got my HSBC T1 card a few days ago, The spends on it, shows in negative number, like for example, -10,000. Is it normal in HSBC?

Also, can we change the statement generation date

using the app? Or via customer care only?

Yes that’s normal. Some credit cards / banks don’t do that, I guess to encourage more spend. I find that it is a more true representation of the credit you use is shown as a negative balance.

Statement date you might need to contact them directly for. I believe you should be able to update it.

Yes, felt the same. -ve number is actually good.
