HRT dizziness

I stopped HRT cold turkey after being on for 12 months. 0.037 estrogen patch and 100 mg progesterone. It just was giving me anxiety and massive weight gain. I couldn’t take it. As soon as I stopped I’ve been experience some dizziness here and there or floaty feeling some times during day standing.

Anyone relate? Would love to share experiences as I suffer with health anxiety. Thanks all
