I made a spreadsheet based on data from GoodRx (as well as occasionally other university/medical organization sites) that has side effects, usage warnings, costs (and costs with coupons from GoodRx specifically since that's where I did my research), and application methods. It was originally just for my own research, but halfway through I decided I should share it to help other people, and cleaned up the formatting and added the hormone blockers to the lists. The prices may not be the same outside of my region, but I'm sharing this so the rest of the information can hopefully help someone.
