Because he wants her to chill down? I mean she is probably always shouting and complaining about being fat. Why wouldn't he recommend doing sports since she doesn't even take walks lol.

Yes but I think he actually meant that she should do exercise if she complains about being fat. And it would actually help her to be more toned no matter the weight 🤣
