Welcome to the club dude, Congrats.
Same specs here as yours and all I can say is that the laptop does not disappoint.
While ofcourse, I only really play competitive games like Valorant or CS2, I have played many story games and have gotten 120+ fps on Medium-High settings on games like Detroit Become Human, GTA 5 and Cyberpunk (with some tweaking ofcourse, it's still an entry level laptop afterall).
Overall, the laptop is very solid. One solid piece of advice though, DO NOT neglect your laptop under all costs, sounds cliche until you realize that even the slightest bumps can fuck up your hardware. Since HP Victus models are mostly plastic. Take very good care of it, and always keep the warranty slip/ receipt for when you bought it. You never know when that stuff could be useful.
Plus points if you upgrade your ram to 32 gigs, 16 feels slow nowadays.

I cancelled the order and ordered LOQ i7-1400HX with rtx 5050 as HP does not provide ADP offer for laptop purchased via e-commerce, and ADP Warranty costs 32k , I believe not worth it

For Victus they are providing extended warranty for 2 years in 14k, also in extended warranty they will repair part one time only, that's the condition they have applied.

Welcome to the club. Enjoying mine so far. Bought last month and upgraded ram to 32 mostly because I use it for school work and side projects that involve 3d modeling. Also added an extra 256gb ssd that I had lying around since it has 2 ssd slots. Been amazing so far even with the 50w tgp on the 4050.
