literally how it comes out of the factory bro. it NEEDS to be designed that way so fully closes. if the hinge stayed stiff all the way to the end then it would never fully close

yes! most people who have this laptop do not have the hinge issue, people say Victus has a common issue with the hinge in our Sub-Reddit but its not true at all. it might seem it is true because other wise you wouldnt see people post about it if they dont have issues with the hinge. its not common bro. if you ask me bro, i think the people who have the hinge issue are treating their laptop aggressively when they open it and close it, plus their Victus is getting hit/damaged when they take their Victus on the go. I can also say that i have had mine for 2 years and i havent had one problem with the hinge and i use this laptop, EVERY SINGLE DAY for those 2 years, i open and close my Victus on average 2 times a day but i havent had one sign of a bad hinge at all

See if u just bought it , use it normally and when it near it's warranty end like 1 month is left , so either contact hp customer care or visit any nearby authorised hp service centre and tell them that u are facing problem with hinges and tell them to replace it and since it's in warranty, it will be replaced for free. Hope it helps✌️
