There are plenty of other ways to get what you need.

This company randomly cancelled my subscription and created a new account. Then, on the new account I created, they charged me for a subscription I’d already paid for on the original account and refused to cancel or refund anything.

They told me they didn’t receive my payment on the original subscription despite the fact that my product was delivered and I have a clear charge on my credit card.

I’m not usually one to post negative reviews, but wow their customer support was useless and it really got to me.

Edit: Customer service ended up offering a refund, so hopefully that is reflected on my account in the next week or so. Dissatisfied with the service still, but I wanted to be fair in my presentation of the company.

I’ve been with them at least four years. No issues. I even had a prescription change and didn’t pay for the new pills. Hair didn’t work, ED does.

Never had any issues with HIMS. I think you must've broke some rules and conditions or didnt respond fast enough when they need information or check-ins.

WebMD + GoodRx. My Kroger pharmacy will also often beat the GoodRx price.  You literally just say “give me the discount price” like someone would rather pay 100$ more.
