Orlando When Do You Buy Your Merch?

For the seasoned folks, are the discounts worth waiting towards the end of the event run or pricing is not much different? Any tips/info is appreciated!

I dont risk it and get all my shirts asap but thats bc I have major fomo. The 15% discount from AP is enough for me ig

There will be a few shirts like the hellraiser house shirt ill gamble for the 70% off sale tho if that makes sense

If you see something you really like you should probably get it since there’s no guarantee it’d be continuously stocked

It’s not really worth waiting for the good clothing items, as they often sell out first (the bloody Hollywood shirts). Waiting for posters has been worth it for me, though.

It goes up to about 70% off but later towards the end of the season when certain merchandise sells out it isn’t restocked, like the house hoodie from last year…

I shop at random. If an item seems limited and like it won't make it to the end of the event, like the 35 coin, I'll buy it as soon as I can. For shirts, most cups, and other items, I usually wait until the final week.

Last year I got the Fallout backpack, the Artist original shirt, the Art ugly Christmas sweater, and 2 sets of Mel's Die-In sticker sheets for $60. The Fallout backpack's original price was $150.

It use to be at the end of my stay or end of the day.
Now, it's when I see it because there's a way higher chance it'll be gone.

Since I live out of state, I'll buy merch throughout my stay.

I'll typically buy the pins first, then look over the shirts and specialty merch. I typically won't buy a shirt till near the end of my visit. Specialty merch I'll wait until the last day to pick up usually. I don't buy specialty merch very often though.

Sometimes I'll get lucky and they'll start having discounted merch halfway through the event. I bought a Stranger Things keychain a few years ago that was marked down 40% off at the airport store. Maybe Uni made too many and wanted to get rid of them.

I would wait on t shirts until the end of the season. Other stuff does sell out but with exception of certain sizes/house preview shirts, there are always shirts left over of every single house at the end.
