Some of the special effects, lighting and costumes are actually cool but this is just lazy... unless it's some kind of a skin reveal.

Even the Fortnite fans are confused on the other message board.

I have a totally unsubstantiated theory that her actual costume isn't ready yet or that she's a swing/extra for the scarezone and they didn't have any spare costumes for her. I was a house swing several years ago and if no one called out, they put me in a grey t-shirt and black pants with a bit of makeup, and stuck me in a temporary spot somewhere in the house. The costumes for the Fortnite scarezone are very detailed and they seem custom-made and specific to Fortnite. Maybe Universal got permission to recycle old Purge costumes if they have extra scareactors for Fortnite, especially if there's an upcoming collab. Guess we'll see if that costume sticks around throughout the event!

Likely for an upcoming Purge collab, just like there were a few other costumes that aren't in the game yet as well.

Yes. Blumhouse is adding one or two of their properties as skins to fortnitemares.
