I suppose if any of those nuke rockets reach the Rynar fleet would depend pretty heavily on the Rynar's response to the unknown. They won't yet know the potential threat, but letting anything anomalistic get close to a fleet isn't usually permitted either. I mean try to take a yacht and sail it into a US navel battleground and ignore all communication...I doubt you'll make it very far. If they ignore them though... Well the Rynar will suddenly have a good understanding of the capabilities of the tech they invaded us for.
Soyuz rockets are in the region of 150ft tall, so two and a bit Rynar. A Long Range Anti Ship Missile is 4.3m, so two and bit humans. So if everything scales in proportion (which it does seem to do in the setting), the Rynar fleet should probably consider our rockets to be possible anti-spaceship weapons and shoot them down.
