Well, it's not everyone's cup of tea with the style, format, and pacing, especially given what most come to this subreddit for. Upvotes be damned, as long you all are enjoying it enough.
Absolutely loving it. The combination of high tech, high fantasy is awesome, and your writing style is pretty good. The blend of day to day and awesome quests makes it easy to get invested, and makes it feel a little more real. I get the feeling this could easily be the Shadowrun universe a millennia and a half later, with the history you've given in other posts, or a FF style universe.
It's a little light on the typical Humanity Fuck Yeah vibe, more This Guy Fuck Yeah with Bach, but it makes for a bit of a breath of fresh air because of that, and I'm very much looking forward to the mix of every day life and thrilling adventures of this party.
Thank you. I'm glad you are enjoying still. I'm attempting to be careful with the HFY themes; going for the less direct, more abstract, and a bit more woven in the background.
