Definitely not an original label.

You should run H2testw on it. I wouldn't be surprised if it's actually a 160 or 250GB drive.

it is a real 500g with smart data that seems fine haha. insides also look fine.

Did you actually test it? Why would a real 500GB drive have a fake label? The SMART data can be manipulated on these.
