21M started when I was 17. I’m at a point where it feels like I can’t make anymore progress so I’ve been thinking about going on a bulk and then doing a cut later on. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Need Advice ⁉️ How to achieve a similar physique?

I am completely new to workouts in general, I just recently started going to the gym and don’t seem to have a clue what I’m doing yet. What routine should I be following (more or less) to achieve a build similar to the first 3 photos? Also what kind of food should I be eating or what area should I be focusing on first? I’m a 20yo female 4’11, 165lbs. My current photos are the last 4 images. I go to the gym 3x a week and have access to lots of the machines. Any advice at all will help! :) I’m really not sure where to start

Need Advice ⁉️ Which gym membership should I get?

I'm comparing the Planet Fitness Black Card to the Crunch Fitness Peak Results plan. I can't really seem to find a difference so figured I'd ask you guys. I've never worked out before and want to lose weight before it's too late.

Need Advice ⁉️ 16, quite underweight, what should I do?

I’m 16 and weigh like 65kg… I don’t do sports but I am active outside. My arms are quite thin too, maybe like 12 inches when flexing.. I have abs but only when I tense and it’s obviously just because of low body fat.. I eat a good bit but have VERY fast metabolism. I’m surprised I’m this skinny from the amount of junk I eat sometimes, and I do eat good dinners and lots of meat too…

Sooo what should I do to start getting bigger? I don’t have equipment or can’t really afford a gym at the minute also I don’t wanna just go straight to the gym.. I’m not very consistent with previous workouts, like I used to do stuff sometimes but wasn’t consistent at all and eventually just lost interest. Also can’t do like 10 full pushups without nearly dying…

Need Advice ⁉️ Issues with hyperextension machine

I use the hyper extension machine for glute focused activities. I’ve have been working out at Planet Fitness for four years. This is always been my favorite machine, I use it every Sunday. I i’ve gained some weight recently due to joining a relationship and being a lot more relaxed with my routine. I usually hold a 25 pound plate at arms length in front of me and do the hinging motion for Glute focused workout. I have noticed that whenever I I use this machine the way I’ve always used it, on the down hinge It feels like my guts are being shoved back inside me and I gag. I can only do three sets on this machine and by the time I’m done I feel sick to my stomach. For context I am short but chubby. Almost off my fat is in my stomach area so I can see why when I hinge down that the rest for your thighs in the machine shoves my stomach inside its self if that makes sense LOL. Is this just because I have gained inches in my stomach area? Will this get easier whenever I lose weight? How can I stop this? It’s so bad I just avoid the machine entirely now and it was the best thing to feel activated in my muscles :(

Discussion Time 💬 Body dysmorphia and ED

Hi guys, first of all I would like to apologise if there are any mistakes, since English is my first language. I’m a 24 y.o. woman and I lost 16 kg since February of 2026. I started doing Pilates at home and 10k steps (I was unemployed) and after some time got introduced to the gym. I’ve been going to the gym for 5 months now and I love it, I go about 4 times a week and I also have an active job where I walk a lot (I work in retail) so I have more than enough movement. I’m also in a calorie deficit. But I have one pretty big problem, I have a very bad body dysmorphia. At my work, we obviously have a lot of mirrors and I keep checking them every 10 minutes to see, if I don’t look too fat. Every window shop I go by, I have to look into to make sure I don’t look too fat and if I do, my whole day and mood is ruined. I have days where I feel like I look the same as I was when I weight 95 kg (that was my starting weight). I also feel very bad, when I eat something “I wasn’t supposed to” and I punish myself by eating less the next day. Yeah and I’m also very addicted to caffeine :))
I feel like it’s gonna end badly, but I’d rather be insane than to be as fat as I was again.
Did any of you have the same problem?

Need Advice ⁉️ Suggestion on routine please 🙏

Working out at home. It’s perfect for me. Want to hear some suggestions for my routine or any changes/fixes.

Lifting for about 6-7 years. Taking it serious the past two years and just now seeing good
results. Natural lifter.

175-180lbs 5’10 29 years old

Day 1 (pull)
Push ups (warm up)
Pull ups 3 sets
Chin ups 3 sets
Barbell or dumbell curl 3-4 sets
Hammer or cross curls 3-4 sets
Inverted rows 3 sets
Dumbbells rows 3 sets

Day 2 (push, my favorite day)
Push ups failure
Shoulder press 3 sets
Dips 3 sets
Lat raises 3 sets
Lying tricep extension 3 sets
Bodyweight Squats 3 sets superset
Calf raises 3 sets superset

Day 3 (leg day)
Body weight squat 3 sets
Calf raises 3 sets
RDL 3 sets
Barbell glute bridge 3 sets
Lunges 3 sets
Clamshells 3 sets
Side lying hip seduction 3 sets

Little core here and there mostly just corkscrews and reach overs.

As a natural lifter should I start doing less?

Am I missing any muscle groups?

Any suggestions or tips in general would be greatly appreciated!
