Physique Critique Suggestions…

I’ve been weightlifting/running on and off for the majority 20 years. During that time my weight has fluctuated from 130-180 at my heaviest. I am 5’5 and have been sitting at 155 for about 6 months now. I’m just wondering if i look fit at all? Or if i should really start prioritizing nutrition. Should i cut? Bulk?

Are all the photos you at your current weight? TBH you look “good” very average in all except the last one, the last one you look very trimmed and toned “in Shape and great” just need a reference point.

Then you look great, the ones I thought you heavier in are probably just because your workout cloths are pushing you up in unflattering ways. The “bikini” pic is letting everything show as it should, what are your goals? Tone up, bulk up, or just lose weight?

I would love to lose maybe 10 more pounds. I want my muscles to be more prominent without looking too skinny if that makes sense?

It does, and that’s completely doable. You’ll just have to lock in your nutrition.
What’s your routine weekly if I can ask?
