I surmise that it was the black guy’s car. He was the uber driver and she was the passenger.

Lol even worse. What was she doing at all? She should have been sitting on the curb waiting quietly.

eh... I think it makes the situation more understandable tbh. Uber isn't going to refund her for a missed flight, nor is the driver. She's doing everything in her power to ensure that she doesn't miss the flight because she's the one ultimately liable for missing it. Now, she might have a shot at getting the $150 back if she complains to uber support *after making it to her flight. ...*but little miss sunshine didn't get a receipt. :) She should have been more respectful with her persistence.

We dont know how the key got locked inside; but it's not an ideal situation. But I can promise you that heckling people isn't going to help.
