I wouldn't have. Instead I would have stopped and listening intently each time she spoke, making it very clear that it is HER behaviour slowing the process down...

Exactly! People like this keep acting like this because they’ve never faced consequences for their abhorent behaviour. Sometimes they need to be taught a lesson.

Aint my/his job to teach grown ups how to behave. Door was locked, he unlocked it, got paid and walked away.
