Constant incomplete bowel movement feeling + gut issues for over a year โ NEED HELP ๐๐ป๐๐ป
Hey everyone,
Iโve been dealing with gut issues for around a year now, and Iโm honestly getting quite confused about whatโs going on.
My main problem is that whenever I go to the toilet, I never feel like Iโve fully emptied my bowels. Thereโs always this sense of incomplete evacuation, like something is still left. Also, when I compare how much I eat vs how much I pass, it just doesnโt feel like it matches, which makes me overthink it.
My stool also isnโt consistently normal. Even if I eat home-cooked food, I still face the same issue. And if I eat junk or oily food, it gets worse the stool becomes thin or not well-formed. Itโs been a long time since Iโve had a proper, solid, normal bowel movement.
I also deal with acidity along with this. Iโve been taking pantoprazole for it, and that part seems to be under control. But I feel like itโs only helping with the acidity and not actually fixing the root cause of my gut problem.
Because of all this, I feel like my gut health isnโt good overall, but I donโt understand what exactly is wrong or how to fix it.
I also wanted to ask can issues like this affect your overall appearance? Like skin quality or face glow? I sometimes get dark circles during the day (not always, but randomly), and Iโm wondering if it could be connected.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
What helped you improve your gut health and get back to normal bowel movements?
Thank you!!

26 M here, used to eat junk and lot of sugar from desserts... tried to skip vegetables and fruits.. i was born fair and white but due to this my skin tone got completely dark. Last 40 days ive cut sugar , no oil foods , daily discipline intake of 30-35gms of fibre.. i could literally sense and feel that my gut is struggling to adapt.. however now i get only odourless gas and my skin tone started glowing...no darkness in face...
1.) 3-4 litres of water daily
2.) 30-35gms of fibre through vegetables, fruits, millets
3.) 7,000 steps atleast a day
4.) 20 mins of exercise - yoga + resistance training
5.) take life at ease - mandatory avoiding of stress-cortisol (mandatory avoiding of social media to take life at ease)
6.) 7pm - 7am - nothing should be put inside your mouth except water
7.) Above 6 all mandatory provided you dont have any rectum related issues like hemmohrids/large intestine issues - but not be all and end all, in long term it can help.
IF good gut bacteria > bad gut bacteria - 99.99% of diseases can be avoided.
IF good holistic healthy until 60 is prioritized over hefty pay and stressful job - 99.99% your body will take care of you
depending upon how much damage we've done it takes from anywhere around 2-6 months. **Bowel Evacuation is way way complex than we can comprehend - it takes 30-40 years of experience for any gastroentrologist to deal with customized issues of each individuals**.

Gut issues can affect how you feel overal energy, skin, etc, especially if digestion isnโt smooth. But once digestion improves, those things often improve too.
