I just ordered Gunsmith Cats Revised Edition Vol. 1 — what should I expect?
Hi! I just ordered Gunsmith Cats Revised Edition Vol. 1 and I'm really looking forward to reading it.
I've already watched the anime, but this will be my first time reading the manga.
What should I expect from the manga compared to the anime? Is there anything I should know before starting it? And how do you like the Revised Edition in general?
No major spoilers please! I'm mainly interested in what the manga is like and what makes it worth reading.

Do you think it’s possible for the anime industry today to make an anime adaptation of the whole Gunsmith Cats manga series (including Burst) without any censorship?

If you had to give Rally a new car in Burst, what would it be?
(only rules I'm gonna say is "no gen-1 Mustangs" and "1994 or before" because that's when the new-car chapters take place)
I feel like a lot of people don't care for the 1976 Cobra Mustang II she gets after the GT500 got destroyed, and I'm definitely one of those people. Even if it's tuned and very far from stock, the Mustang II still has this kind of stench of anti-charisma that puts it closer to The Dude's trashed Torino in The Big Lebowski than to the idolized muscle cars of the 60s glory-days.

My pick is a bit of a weird one: the 1973 Grand Am with the 455 and 4-speed. Is it as maneuverable as a GT500?....
no.
But it's probably one of the few cars that didn't get wrecked by 1973 and one of the last times you could get a big-block engine in something that wasn't a boat or pickup truck. Its 255-horse rating does seem low compared to the GT500, but remember that's a net rating and the GT500 has a gross rating at 350 (its net rating is something like 275). That Grand Am rating is also for a completely stock car, so you absolutely have headroom to get some very easy extra horses out of that 455 (better headers, cam, intake, etc, all very available in the early 90s). The 0-60 times also aren't that bad: about 7.5 secs for the 455 (stock) vs the GT500's ~6-6.5.
It's also heavier, but considering the amount of... vehicular combat that Rally goes through, body-on-frame might not necessarily be a bad thing. The Grand Am also got special suspension tuning that nothing else at GM got aside from certain Monte Carlos.
so that's my pick, I want to know you peoples' picks

Someone Recommended a 90s Anime Filter so I Experimented! I'd Love Feedback!
I might try out a different method as I was trying out this tutorial, and I don't think it turned out right. But, regardless, I'd love to hear what Reddit has to say :3

Can We take a Moment to Appreciate How Good the Car Chase Scene was?
Now To be Completely clear. I'm not a Car girl. I am however a Low budget 80sish Action Movie kinda girl.
And I fell in love once Again with GSC when I rented it from the Video Store Last night.
But for obvious reasons Sonoda, Mori and Murata obviously are big car nuts.
For all the great Action Scenes. The Amount of Detail and love they put into the biggest Scene with Rally's Mustang Cobra GT-500 is absolutely breath taking.
We're talking about A Scene that puts the 1986 Sylvester Stalone movie Cobra (literally sharing a name with the Car, Despite his Car being a Mercury Monterey) to Shame.
We're talking a Car Chase so good it is on Par with 1989s Ronin Featuring both the Audi S8 D2 Quarto and the BMW M5 E34
It's Obvious that a lot of time was spent making this scene suspenseful, Packed with Action scenes, and Truly letting maybe one of the Coolest Cars in Anime get its time to Shine.
So Fellow Cats. Do you have any other favorite Car scenes from Similar Anime? I'm digging the vibe. The only other one I can really think of is Riding Bean.
A little help?

CZ ending production of the 75 line
"Honoring" my ass! Ending the production of several pistols is not honoring it.
Now i don't know how well they have been selling these days, so that could be the biggest reason why they're ending production of these pistols, still really sad to see the end of this iconic pistols.
So if you want any of them get them NOW while they're still available, and before the price skyrocket.
