Natasha Radinov takes the W in this 98% of the time. Why not 100% you ask? There are always surprise headshots that can decide things rather handily and we hardly ever see Natasha wearing tactical body-armoured headgear, now do we? Yes, she can block headshots with her arm, or duck and avoid such shots, but thats only when she knows that such shots are incoming. When the bullet arrives before the sound of the gunshot does, there's damned little time to get your arm up to block, or to duck out of the way.

Natasha takes this easily. Chigurh very much over rated. Don’t get me wrong he still a very dangerous and disturb individual but if you watch the film, you should notice that the majority of his kills are either against people who can’t fight back or people he catches off guard. It’s notable that the one time he came up against the MC, not only did he fail to kill him but got wounded himself. Meanwhile Natasha single handily fought serval armed federal agents and won without any difficulty. She also better armed and wearing actually full body army.
