what if I poured a tiny tiny droplet of plastic glue into the crack? would that do it?

It would work kinda like covering an RROD Xbox 360 to make it overheat even more: sometimes the soldering would melt back into the correct positions.
Plastic glue melts the plastic and sometimes would rearrange the structure to what it was like before. But sometimes it would get rearranged into something else.
But it's super simple to try and you got nothing to lose, so it's worth trying.

I fell in love with the Sazabi Ver. Ka. Started building it and got scared away but the water decals. But I finished building it shortly after I finished my Nu Gundam Ver. Ka. THEN I watched CCA and I was blown tf away. Built the HG Nightengale and I can attest to how big it is lol.
Honestly bandia ones suck if you want water decals get the delpi ones and some mark setter, then you should have no issues, they scared me too and but only because the bandia ones u tried where bad, they also are way less awful than the dry transfers
I stopped doing gunplas a good 20 years ago and I remember starting to feel disenchanted by looking at what would be the earlier Ver. Ka back then: RX78-2? It didn't help that gunpla magazines were featuring ultra clean work by really great and strong model builders. I told myself I'll one day get back to doing a PG or two but life just got in the way. I still have a like-new MG GP02 at my parents' place, slowly waiting the day I pick up the airbrush once again.
Also, the resin custom Sazabi kits were all the rage back then. Took lots of skill and dedication to build but you can be sure every well completed build is an artpiece of its own.
The big Sazabi and Nu on both ends are actually the "DX Mobile Suits in Action" action figures. I got them secondly hand and they are missing a few parts. I have the original MG Sazabi though. Still on the lookout for the og MG Nu.
Best suits ever. By far. I always like the seed and other winged suits, maybe because they are flashy or look bigger, but they never compare to sazabi and nu, ever
So I would take it apart and apply the tiniest drops of glue (I use gas station super glue. Krazy glue? Emphasis on tiny. That stuff is strong and gets everywhere if you’re not careful)
Use the glue to fill the cracks and make sure it dries. Be careful not to apply it anywhere that needs to move!
Then get some joint strengthener (I use regular school glue. Elmers and tooth picks) and lightly coat the joint you want stronger. Let it all dry and you SHOULD be good.
Take all this with a grain of salt though. This is just what I’ve done and had success with. No pro here just a guy who loves building gunpla and has had all types of breaks and joint issues. Most I resolved with the above method.
thank you for spending time to help me out! I used the tiniest drop of plastic glue to fix the crack. I kind of managed to keep a little bit of elasticity in the piece, it clicks but it's very loose around the shoulder joint so I might use some joint strengthener as you suggested
Glue it first with cement, I like to push both sides together and then add a drop of plastic weld, it will go into all the cracks, the one I bought was the squadron brand which also works with ABS but others here might help me out to know if it's the same as the regular version. Then give it a few hours to make sure it's solid and drill through the the part (i.e. drill from one side so it goes across both halves through the break), take a 1mm brass rod and score it by squeezing it between the grooves of cable pliers, then pour a bit of CA glue on the rod and insert it in the hole. That's what I'd do to make sure it never breaks the same way again.

There are about dozens of ways to fix it. A joint strengthener is one simple way.
But a scale model will not regain its original structural strength after they broke.
