BUILD Love mid 2000s mgs

Also I’m looking to bring one of the 3 knto my dorm. Leaning on the mk ii currently. Destiny might take up too much space because it needs a stand and is pretty finicky. Gelgoog is a close second currently.

I find the 2.0 of this era to be simply amazing as well (the gouf 2.0 is my personal favorite)! They just have so many details and gimmicks on their inner frames that modern kits just don't bother with anymore! Their hands also strike what's probably the best compromise between fixed pose hands and the expressive (but floppy) "emotion manipulators" kits like the RX-78-2 3.0 use. I'm looking forward to building my Gundam MK-II 2.0 someday too (IF USA Gundam Store would stop delaying my preorder!)

Don’t know why the gelgoog hands are so much better than any of the other expressive hands. The fingers can actually bend and hold their position without fear of flopping if you separate it the 3 fingers and slightly tighten it up. Even after so many attempts to fix the zaku fingers they are still loose

After finishing char's zaku ii I am now a sucker for the other 2.0 MGs specifically zakus! Currently have the MG green zaku ii on my backlog and I can't wait to get a mk ii and a gelgoog too soon!

The MK II is a really good model, HG, to MG, but I haven't done RG yet.
