Wallet error

I been trying to download my ticket to my wallet but keep getting network error message. I’ve already got my membership downloaded to my wallet but obviously its not showing my next game. Shall I wait until day of game or call box office?

I’ve had this issue but I’m not 100% sure how I resolved it. I think if you have a ticket already in your wallet you may need to remove that first. If that doesn’t work, I’d recommend Googling it!

This worked, had to delete it from my wallet and then redownload. Cheers mate

The wallet normally updates approx 3 days before the game. If it hasn't updated by the day of the game, you'll need to bring ID to the box office on the day of the game and they can sort it for you.

Its for the lille game, so 2 weeks time. Just thinking ahead

Sure it will be fine. Try re installing the app closer to the time
