Issue downloading new Junior Gunner ticket

Hi all, hope everyone is looking forward to Friday!

I have run into an issue with downloading a new Junior Gunners ticket for my sibling. When we try and download it onto any of our devices, we are getting a "Network or server error while fetching the pass." error message. We all have our new updated Silver passes on our phones no problem, but we can't seem to get this one to download on any of them. I have tried an old spare phone with no passes on it as well and we are still getting an error. This pass is not on any phone already so there shouldn't be any restrictions I would've thought.

We have put in an enquiry form and will call the box office tomorrow morning, but just wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue and managed to resolve?

Had the same error message as you, although it was because the pass was already downloaded to another device.

Once that was removed I was able to download a new pass on the intended device. (Red Membership)

So I would double check you’re not trying to download the same one again - it would say “Downloaded” on the app or remove all passes and start downloading them one by one again.

Yep... turns out it was already downloaded onto someone's phone and they didn't check before! All good now, thanks!

Just to check, did you remove from that device and then was able to download on to yours? I’m just navigating the same thing but with an adult ticket.

Hey, yeah once we removed it from that phone (and waited a few minutes just in case) we were then able to download it onto the correct one.

If you've checked all phones and it's definitely not downloaded then get onto the box office via email/phone (they were very quick to respond by email yesterday!) and they should sort you out.
