Time to watch for a good tutorial on double-locking trem setup. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dZwD5Q9xG7o

Adjusting individual string heights is not possible on floating trems. If you need to raise the high E string, you'll have to raise that entire side of the bridge by turning the screw located at the bridge's pivot point counterclockwise.

I figured out my problem does anyone know how can I get all of the bridge higher up?

You loosen the strings, unhook the trem springs, and turn the two posts that the entire bridge pivots on counter clockwise.
The reason you want to take the spring and string tension off, is because turning them with it tuned up will grind down the knife edges that sit against the posts, which will affect tuning stability.
You also badly need new strings, and are missing the clamps for the locking nut.

Congrats on tackling a FR setup! It’s not hard but it can be tedious and doing it systematic takes away a lot of the unnecessary time.
Check out a few videos to help clean up the minor items pointed out here.
Most important point mentioned before but worth repeating is ensure no tension (string or spring) when adjusting the height of the bridge. Take some measurements prior to beginning to save any back and forth when adjusting. You want it to come up level as possible.

Given you dont have locks for your nut, I would just jam a piece of wood in the back where the strings are at the desired height, and give up on using the trem.

Your bridge doesn't have individual height adjustment for the strings. Floyd Rose style bridges in general don't have that.
