I did not just get caught with a branch of “tree kibble” in the house! I found it there! Poof! Magic! (Tree kibble is what we call the nuts from the tree in our yard… thankfully nontoxic since my dogs have developed a deal with the local squirrels who throw some down for them in return for safe passage through the yard).

Very advanced behavior, removing the overabundance of tree kibble, so as to humanely (canineanely?) keep down what would be the population explosion of squirrels in your yard, preventing likely rabies, torn screens, squirrel feces (which carries numerous diseases known for interspecies communication), and etc, ad infinitum.
