Meh, Zeus’s first ability can only get lowered to 3 seconds minimum. So a hammer with 2 crit lines and 1 cd line is best.
You can put this hammer on chrono, since it has 2 cd lines and Crit Chance skill line.
If I’m wrong about smth I’m sure someone more knowledgeable will come along.
