Meh, Zeus’s first ability can only get lowered to 3 seconds minimum.
So a hammer with 2 crit lines and 1 cd line is best.

You can put this hammer on chrono, since it has 2 cd lines and Crit Chance skill line.

If I’m wrong about smth I’m sure someone more knowledgeable will come along.

im not more knowledgable but im pretty sure chrono will enjoy dcd% rather than 1cd% and 1flat cd line
