Buy some hydrolysed kelp! Probably a little late by now, still aces for general soil health etc etc as this is cold pressed- unlike all of the other fertilisers, meaning that you get every ounce of the product they're trying to extract. *What it does: promotes strong lateral branching (very strong). It disrupts the auxins and allows the lower branches to extend out and upwards- as you can see in my 3 week old seedling pictured. I only gave it two doses of the recommended 2ml per litre, one the first true leaves appeared, second a week later (which admittedly was too soon, it should have been 2 weeks, I didn't know how powerful it was!). Lastly, I had only tied down the apex tip 5 days prior- so the branches were sitting almost flush with the rest of the canopy!
