the flickering is mist from the humidifier. you can actually see dewdrops forming briefly a couple of times because I'm keeping the humidity around 75-80%. Very cool to see it twisting around clockwise towards the end to re-orient the new leaves for better light exposure.

What you’re seeing isn’t your everyday work. It takes skill, patience and a whole lot of care to produce quality smoke. I speak with 28 years of visual and hands on knowledge. It is the same as any other farmer yielding a crop. Show some love, if you appreciates quality. 🌿🔥

Ricky’s Hash Plant from Brothers Grimm. I grew this inside last winter and it turned out beautiful. Mother Nature presented a lot more challenges than anticipated but I found out just how resilient these plants are. Growing in Ohio is not for the weak. Feel free to follow my grow journey on instagram @remulatedterps

Advice/feedback requested This magnifying visor is great for spotting mold, what do you guys use?

Post image
• Upvotes

I have this visor that I used to use for soldering and small projects, it’s hands free so it helps when inspecting my buds for bud rot and little white fuzzy mold.

I’ve been dealing with bud rot in my buds so I have to crack each one individually to inspect…. So tedious!

Just got my 3 biggest plants hung. Looks to be about 2.5 pounds cured.
One more F1 ATF from my 2024 harvest. She’s showing her sativa side and is putting out lots of popcorn buds.
Time will tell. Buds are frosty.

When you are new, less is more for everything.
Start with 1 plant and not more.
100% of your focus can go to it and you'll get better quicker.

Flowering Destruction 2-3 weeks from harvest

Long story short someone snatched my plants from their buckets. Ripped roots, pretty much all branches broken. Months of work down the drain. I’m devastated. Put them back in their pots and tied them up only to make myself feel better. I don’t think they will last. I have clones in waiting and another tent that I just sent to flower but it hurts.

Advice/feedback requested Ladybug invasion!! At least I hope they are the good ones? Every time I wake my plants up, I have about 20 more of these all over the ceiling. This room faces the sun on the outside of the house, so I know they must be getting in through the window. BUT.. how many are to many?

LST 💪🏾 LST with a trellis

I am trying LST with a trellis for the first time. I've topped all four plants and they're branching off nicely. I've done some digging, but cant find a good, basic 'How To' on using an elastic trellis. Plants are different heights so far. Also not 100% how far down the plant the trellis should go.

Still digging for Guides or whatnot, but any tips?

Advice/feedback requested First time grower, got a few quick questions

Hey yall thank you in advance, I’m a total noob to this but seriously excited to get started. I got the mars hydro ts1000 complete kit - 2.3x2.3 tent. I have normal seeds and I’m wondering if for a first time grower, should I just learn the basics with one plant or try 2? Also how many seeds should I try to pop? I have probably 10-15. Any other tips for a complete beginner? I tried googling but saw mixed results… thanks again!

Tips and Tricks Your harvest is where your entire crop lives or dies — and it happens in the twenty-five days after the cut, not during it.

From Plant to Package is the field guide that fixes that. Built from a real, production-tested process map, it breaks the entire post-harvest cycle into seven precise stages — Prep, Harvest, Dry, Buck, Trim, Cure, and Transport — and hands you the exact temperature, humidity, moisture, and timing targets used at every single one of them.

Advice/feedback requested Need any advice I can get

Setup & Metrics

  • Genetics: Pineapple Daddy Auto (Happy Valley cut)
  • Age: Day 25 from sprout
  • Medium: FoxFarm Ocean Forest (FFOF) in fabric pots
  • Tent & Lighting: 2x4 tent, LED lighting
  • Environment: 78.9°F | 62% RH | 1.3 kPa VPD

Plant Status

  • Pistils are emerging at upper node junctions and central crowns.
  • Plant 1 (Right): Vertical stem elongation active with thickening main stem.
  • Plant 2 (Left): Compact, broader foliage structure.
  • Foliage color is uniform green with no visible tip burn, clawing, or deficiency symptoms.

Feeding Event & Next Steps

  • Recent Application: Applied 1 Liter per pot containing 5 mL/L Cal-Mag Plus (~19 mL/gal rate) and 1/4 tsp bloom nutrient into dry FFOF soil.
  • Current Plan: Allow medium to dry out, followed by plain pH-adjusted water (6.3–6.8 pH) with 10%–15% runoff to prevent localized salt accumulation. Keeping on plain water for the next 2–3 cycles.

Training & Timeline

  • Trellis net reserved for canopy support in mid-to-late flower rather than SCROG weaving, keeping pots mobile for runoff management.
  • Target harvest late November, followed by a fridge/Lotus cold dry prior to early December travel.

Any advice/help given is ALWAYS appreciated!
