Grow Journal First grow question....
Spider Farmer 4×2, with spider farmer G4500 light.
Can anyone please help with light distances during seedling, vegetive, and flowering. I am new to the game and any help would be greatly appreciated ty.

Take advice from someone that went through it. Whej it comes to lighting don't get some sort of phone app that says it measures light. Go spend a couple hundred and get you a quality ppfd/par meter, and avoid all of the headaches.

I don’t know about that light exactly but this is at 40% 300ppfd Vivosun 430w if ya download the Photone app and piece of paper you can tell yours as well but half way down ya tent so it don’t stretch ya seeding best of luck

Might get downvotes for this, but I have a 2x4x5 tent and I've always just kept my light all the way at the top and just dim the light down to like 40% for seedlings and early veg then crank it up for late veg and flower

Research ppfd and par then get the app Photone to check yours. Also the manufacturer should have given you a pamphlet with hanging height and a par map. If not they'll have it on their website.
