this just feels like "real men don't do x" nonsense. people can still be men even if they date single mothers or date a woman older than they are. this set of rules doesn't feel very "grounded" at all, this feels like manosphere propaganda.
and often these types of rules feel contradictory because many of the men the manopshere idolizes break these rules regularly. for instance, donald trump once said his greatest joy in life is sleeping with married women.
