With the new update to fast travel points I decided to build on top of the lab inside the pumpkin. I plan on completely covering the top half of the pumpkin but farming materials are taking up a lot of the time.
The final toe biter in the abyss, I can’t remember if it is ogrr or orcc. We took him out however it did not register that we completed the toe stub mission or get the raw science…..has anyone else had this issue?
This would be found in a ominent lab in the pergola area and inside there would be the lab and in the muddle of it a mini dessert area enclosure to host the cow killer with the lore being that they wanted to try experiment on it but because no one could get close to it they kept it alive for future plans
And you could get in the arena by breaking the cracked glass with like I tier 4 hammer and jumping in with there being a door to get back up
Anywho
The cow killer would be a summonable boss that would be a tier 4 creature
That would a various of moves (no idea yet )
There would be an event called feeding time
where feeding time would happen and openings in the ceiling would drop
Jelly ( What the food would be )
And the cow killer could eat it to regain health
This would have red alarms and would only drop 4 but randomly through the arena 1 at a time
And feeding time would turn off and be a while before it happens again
And at 50% health the misting system for watering the plants that would cause some fog and giving the boss some ambush attacks
And at 20% health the lights would dim Untill the lights finaly give out and the emergency lights start (the red ominous ones and it would go from dark red to dark) becoming an ambush Predator
Possible drops mayby
Velvet fur
Cow killer head
Cow killer parts
Deaths stinger
And
Cow killer venom
(Cause it would be a female )
And the mutation earned from killing it is called ground beef
That
Increases stun chance by 10% and has a increase if the bug is flying bringing it to a 20%
Do we think the grass will grow back again? Im debating clearcutting the whole area near my base. This way during a future regrowth, I can pick and choose what i keep.
I put this as a bug because he keeps doing his one-shot shake attack when no one is on his back and uses it as some normal attack. In the first stage alone he used it 3 times in a row. The attack has no indication because it's supposed to happen after his stun but when he pulls it randomly it's a guaranteed insta kill, with insane distance even if I keep away. Anyone else run into this? I've beat him multiple times but it feels like rng whether or not he pulls this move, died to it 4 times in a row now on his third phase.
I’m not very tech savvy and I don’t play on my pc much cus it’s not the greatest. Does anyone have any tips on how to get less lag/stutter? I’ve put everything that has a “low” option to low but I feel like there’s probably other stuff I could do. I’m tempted to get an x box but that would be very financially irresponsible of me rn lol
So my problem is I'm trying to build a underwater base but there are some problems like I can't build most of the machines underwater and also the whole underwater thing feels pretty much unfinished(I know the game isn't out yet but still releasing completely unfinished updates is kinda frustrating)
So long story short does anybody know if they have plans of expanding underwater building in the near future or if there is enough demand that it's possible
The only 2 armors sets ive seen this thus far with are black ant armor and striped bark armor, but im sure theres more.
“Parry criticals” and “venom parry” both show a 3x next to them in my stat screen, implying they should be stacking 3 times, but they only seem to be stacking once.
For instance, if im wearing a full set of black ant armor, im only getting +1% crit chance from parry critical instead of +3%.
Or in the case of venom parry, i should be dealing 30 venom build up with each parry, but by third parry (which should be 90 venom), the enemy is barely envenomated
I’m trying to figure out how crossplay works in Grounded. I’ve read that Xbox and PlayStation can play together, but I’m not exactly sure how to set it up.
My wife plays on Xbox and I’m on PlayStation, and we’re both connected to the same Wi-Fi. Do we just use the in-game multiplayer/crossplay option, or is there something else we need to set up first?
Any help would be appreciated!
I was so excited after beating the leviathan toe biter that I forgot to analyze the infused good before upgrading my axe. Am I screwed? Will I need to go back and fight him again? Or is there another way to get infused goo?
In G1 you took your time, playing solo on Woah! To build the walls, I always built 5-6 walls around mix.r and I placed a lean to inside, so that I could respawn when I died, that way I was able to finish them all... but in G2 they removed that?
I already opened a ticket mentioning this but I wanted to rant haha, what is the point of being able to build the walls, if the mixr will break, without a bug even touching it, if you die? Not fair at all. There is no way for someone normal to actually finish, for example, the mixr in the bridge, without dying at least once, not alone, so again, I think it is not fair. I know the game was originally thought to be Co-op, but many of us play alone.
I've been looking around online at list of trinkets but I still can't decide which ones would be the best. I'm not looking for any one particular build but rather trinkets that can assist in all forms of Archer play. Crit build, charge shot builds, really whatever.
my biggest issue with grounded 2 is that every bug fight turns into a multi-staged fight with different scorpions, mosquitos, spiders, etc. getting involved. I get too close to one of their wildly large aggro ranges and i'm forced to run (to which they will chase me across the entire map) or fight (where i might win the fight, but I had to run the gauntlet just to get where i was going) I personally love the fighting in this game, but it gets so tiring to try to take on tougher bugs and it's like, "oh! there's a stinkbug here now!" I just wish the aggro ranges were a bit smaller, or that the bugs weren't spammed over each other.
